Olives
Our range of green and black olives is imported from Greece and Spain and is available either natural, in brine or with various marinades, pitted or whole or stuffed with pimento or other delicacies. Crete and Syria were the first countrys to cultivate the olive tree over 5,000 years ago and since then the cultivation of olive trees has expanded to all parts of the world.

Basilic Olives

A mix of violet olives, yellow peppers, red peppers and lemon, bringing out a real flavour.

Black and Green Queen Olives

Our Whole Queen Green and Black Queen Olives are Large Spanish olives, available in sizes 100/110 pieces per kilo. Naturally fermented and preserved in brine. Perfect for cocktails, delicious in salads, on pizzas or as a snack.

Black Olives

Preserved in brine the olives are naturally fermented and matured on the tree. Olives available in normal black, Provencal, Greek style, Queen pitted. They are available in sizes from 100/110 pieces per kilo to 320/350 pieces per kilo. They can be used for baking in bread, in salads or as snacks. For better flavour rinse before use to remove brine from the fruit.

Chilli Olives

A mix of pitted green olives, chillies, lemon and red peppers. If you like your olives hot then chilli olives are the one for you!

Cracked Marinated Olives

Green olives marinated in olive oil, ideal for cocktails, delicious in salads or as snacks.

Cracked Olives with Lemon

A mix of delicious green olives, lemon, yellow, red peppers and parsley.

Dill Olives

Taste Cypressa’s mix of delicious pitted green olives, chilli peppers, lemon, garlic and oregano.

Dry Black Olives

Olives without brine, giving a wonderfully intense olive flavour.

Green Olives

Kalamata Olives

Traditional mature Greek purple olive marinated in olive oil and vinegar, with the taste and aroma of ripe olives. Available in the size 161/180 pieces per kilo. Our pitted kalamata superior olives in 13 kg are available in the size 261/290.

Mammoth Green Olives

Green olives in brine, normally used in salads or as a snack.

Mixed Olives and Lemon

A mix of fantastic green and black olives, olive oil, lemon, lemon juice, hot peppers.

Pitted Dry Olives

Olives of the highest quality, without the pips, without brine.

Pitted Kalamata Large

Pitted Kalamata olives in brine. This fine traditional Greek purple olive is marinated in olive oil and vinegar. It is available in 231/ 260 pieces per kilo. A delicious garnish in salads or for cocktails and aroma of ripe olives and olive oil.

Pitted Kalamata Superior

Traditional Greek purple olive marinated in olive oil and vinegar.
